FIREARMS PURCHASES: To purchase a pistol, please contact Roberts Defense directly at 855-762-1911 or email@example.com. Firearms may not be added to the Shopping Cart portion of our web store for online purchase.
SHIPPING: All firearms MUST be shipped to a valid, licensed FFL. Roberts Defense must have a copy of the recipient’s FFL prior to shipping any firearms. Purchased firearms can only be shipped to the address disclosed on the recipient’s Federal Firearms License.

PAYMENT: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Cashier’s Checks and Postal Money Orders are also accepted. Personal and business checks may be accepted, but funds must clear the depository bank prior to shipment.
DISCLAIMERS: Roberts Defense expressly disclaims liability for incidental or consequential damages. As provided for below, we expressly disclaim any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose.
Roberts Defense offers a limited lifetime warranty to the registered purchaser of a firearm from an authorized Roberts Defense dealer, on a firearm containing 100% unaltered, factory parts. Any alterations to the firearms shall void said warranty. Lifetime warranty applies solely to manufacturer defects, and does not include regular maintenance or “wear” items, including, but not limited to, springs, lubrication, firing pins and surface wear from regular use.
As a condition of sale, any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this sale, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. On any claim related to goods or services sold by Roberts Defense jurisdiction for the arbitration shall be exclusively in Wisconsin, regardless of where the claim may arise. No claim shall be actionable unless commenced within one year from date of sale.
No parts sold by us are intended for installation except by a trained gunsmith, and parts and firearms sold by us are only intended for factory specification standard velocity ammunition. Any verbal representations made by us related to installation, should be confirmed with your local gunsmith, to assure safe operation in your particular firearm.
